- Manages staffing needs, assigns nursing duties, monitors productivity, and oversees staff performance and disciplinary actions.
- Qualifications include RN licensure, with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; BSN and leadership experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments are essential.

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience, with less than 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
