Seeking a Medical Surgical Clinical Supervisor to lead and support nursing teams in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities include- supervising staff and ensuring appropriate staffing levels
- collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows
- mentoring and empowering staff to foster professional growth
- promoting a positive team culture through servant leadership
- ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- participating in performance evaluations and resource management
- graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- current RN license in Missouri or compact license
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- BSN and additional certifications
- prior management or change management experience
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and mobility required for nursing duties.
