NICU Nurse

Role:

Assistant Nurse Manager in a Level IIIA NICU.

• Responsibilities:
  Support department operations including reporting, payroll, service recovery, staff communication, data collection, staff competencies, and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure clinical and service excellence.
• Develop and manage staffing, budgets, and respond to operational changes.
• Analyze patient outcomes, ensure compliance, and lead service recovery efforts.
• Oversee staff performance, training, onboarding, and ensure regulatory and environmental readiness.
• Manage staffing schedules, payroll, and conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Lead and develop staff to meet operational goals.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Leadership skills, ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and lead staff effectively.
• NICU experience is required; leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and regulatory compliance skills.
