Role Overview:

This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for providing anesthesia care in a highly regarded hospital setting. The role involves collaborating with physicians and medical professionals to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia for a variety of medical and surgical procedures across multiple departments, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and imaging suites.

The role involves collaborating with physicians and medical professionals to deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia for a variety of medical and surgical procedures across multiple departments, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, and imaging suites.

Responsibilities include:
  • Participating in ongoing professional development
  • Providing direct patient care and documenting services accurately
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Performing pre-anesthesia assessments and preparing patients for procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (supervisory experience not required)
  • Certification as a RN Anesthetist
  • Preferred:
    Master's Degree in Nursing
Key Duties:
  • Participate in call duties, mainly from home with minimal overnight calls
  • Manage anesthesia for diverse cases, including surgical, outpatient, and interventional procedures
  • Collaborate with a supportive team in a patient-centered environment
Additional Information:

The role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, sign-on bonuses, call pay, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, CME allowances, and paid time off.
