Clinical Nurse PRN

Role Overview:

Provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across care settings.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Supports a safe environment and demonstrates alertness and safety awareness as a safety-sensitive position.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Active RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No minimum required; 2+ years preferred.
