RN – Cardiac Stepdown

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Cardiac Stepdown unit, providing comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and delivering patient care while maintaining accountability and confidentiality.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
• Coordinating patient care across departments in alignment with hospital standards and values.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred experience in hospital settings and additional certifications or specialty licensure.

Skills & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for nursing duties.
• Strong communication, assessment, and coordination skills.
