Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool, providing patient care across various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, and more.
Responsibilities include:- Utilizing the nursing process and professional standards to deliver safe, effective patient care
- Coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensuring compliance with nursing practice guidelines, ethics, and organizational values
- Minimum of 1 year acute care RN experience (6 months recent)
- Current RN license in Missouri
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- Educational background from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Flexibility, adaptability, and strong assessment and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care
