Seeking a Registered Nurse to provide leadership and coordination in a surgical unit.
Responsibilities Include- Assigning, educating, and monitoring nursing/support staff during shifts.
- Assessing patient care needs and developing appropriate care assignments.
- Collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
- Evaluating patient care effectiveness and addressing issues impacting outcomes.
- Responding to patient care complaints and participating in staff hiring, training, and evaluations.
- Maintaining safety and performing additional duties as assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
- At least one year of RN experience.
- Valid RN license and BLS certification for respective states (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, Wisconsin).
Constant standing, walking, communication, and vision use; frequent lifting (up to 25 lbs); occasional heavier lifting and patient movement; repetitive movements and occasional driving.
