Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager

This position is for an Assistant Nurse Manager in an outpatient Cardiac Cath Lab, requiring nursing licensure and leadership experience
. The role involves

• Managing staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Overseeing patient care, ensuring interventions align with patient needs, and documenting appropriately
• Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes
• Ensuring staff productivity and supporting departmental goals
• Performing payroll, staff scheduling, and disciplinary actions as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; preferred 5-10 years
• Experience in telemetry monitoring required; cardiac cath lab experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with at least < 2 years supervisor experience preferred
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness

• Coordinate patient care and personnel management
• Manage staffing, performance, and compliance
• Support operational and budgetary goals
• Lead staff meetings and communication
