Clinical Nurse

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and engages in professional development.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans collaboratively, ensuring clear communication across care teams.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness to ensure safety.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licenses:
  Active RN license.
• Experience:
  
  No minimum required; less than 2 years preferred.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to patient needs.
