Regional Float ED RN; Nights

Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and deliver high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois.

Responsibilities Include

• Floating across 12 hospitals within the system, providing direct nursing care in Emergency Departments.
• Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Promoting patient safety, quality, and compliance while fostering a supportive work environment.
• Mentoring colleagues and applying leadership skills to enhance team effectiveness.
• Utilizing strong communication skills for collaborative decision-making and patient education.

• Minimum of 2+ years ED RN experience; trauma and float experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Missouri, ability to obtain Illinois license.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.
• Strong adaptability and confidence in nursing practice.
• Education:
  
  ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
