Role

Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for patient care at a medical-surgical facility.

• Manage a diverse caseload of patients with acute and chronic conditions
• perform assessments
• monitor for changes
• administer medications and treatments
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers within the interdisciplinary team.

• Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience
• active Missouri RN license
• proficiency in managing varied medical-surgical cases
• and ability to perform thorough assessments and respond promptly to patient needs.

• Prioritize patient safety
• ensure effective care transitions
• educate patients and families.
• Use Epic EMR system to document care.
