Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver anesthesia care in a respected hospital setting. This full-time position features an updated minimal call schedule, with call taken from home requiring only a 30-minute response time; overnight call is rare. Both new graduates and experienced CRNAs are encouraged to apply, with an advanced sign-on bonus available for students.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including pre-anesthesia assessments and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to anesthesia services.
- Review laboratory data and initiate anesthesia appropriately.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical staff across various departments including OR, outpatient centers, endoscopy, cath lab, interventional radiology, and MRI.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree in Nursing.
- Certification as a RN Anesthetist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; supervision experience preferred but not required.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
This role offers competitive salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, with additional earnings through call and overtime pay, along with a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, CME allowance, and family support programs.
