Seeking a compassionate and professional registered nurse for a 16-week graduate nurse residency program in the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Maintaining accountability for care provided to assigned patients
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
- Performing duties aligned with mission, values, and standards
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current RN license (state or compact) and meeting Board of Nursing requirements
- BLS certification (AHA) required or to be obtained within 30 days
- Compassion, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Strong patient advocacy and collaborative spirit
- Full-time night shifts (7pm-7am, three 12-hour shifts)
- Opportunity to work in a Level 1 Trauma Center with high-acuity cases
