Registered Nurse; RN; Psychiatric

Role: Provides direct psychiatric nursing care in a hospital setting, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Develops and documents individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patients.
• Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance activities, and engages in professional development.

• Minimum:
  Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, RN license, no prior experience required.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than 2 years of experience.
