Seeking a Medical Surgical Clinical Supervisor to lead and support nursing teams in delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include- supervising staff, ensuring appropriate staffing and patient flow, and optimizing resource use to meet financial and productivity goals.
- Collaborating with clinical leadership, physicians, and administrative teams to improve workflows and care processes.
- Mentoring and empowering staff, fostering a positive team culture through servant leadership, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
- Participating in performance evaluations and demonstrating core values in all interactions.
- an accredited nursing degree (ADN, diploma, or BSN),
- current RN licensure in Missouri or compact license,
- 3-5 years hospital nursing experience,
- and BLS certification (or completion within 30 days).
Preferred qualifications include BSN, additional licensure or certifications, and management experience.
Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and mobility to perform nursing duties.
