• Providing patient care aligned with planned interventions, documenting appropriately, and creating collaborative care plans.
• Managing staff productivity, overseeing payroll, staffing needs, and staff communication.
• Conducting performance reviews, issuing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance.

• Educational requirements:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license;
  Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years for minimum role, 5-10 years for preferred, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Skills in personnel management, patient care, and operational oversight.

Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
