• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure
• Minimum of one year of registered nurse experience
• Strong communication skills, including constant use of speech, vision, hearing, and physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move patients and objects
• Ability to perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements as needed

• Valid RN license issued by the relevant state licensing authority
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Assign and oversee nursing staff during shifts
• Ensure population-appropriate patient care
• Evaluate patient outcomes and address issues
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure quality
• Respond to patient care concerns and contribute to staff development
