Clinical Nurse – Cancer Care Clinic

Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards.

• Promotes patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and patients.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; RN licensure required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and ≥2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in oncology or critical care is a plus.
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills.

• Located in a specialized outpatient clinic with a focus on cancer care and infusion services.
• Participates in rotating shifts, including days and nights, with weekend rotations.
