Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
- Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced pediatric environment
- Registered Nurse license in MO or a compact state
- Experience in PICU or pediatric nursing
- Certifications:
BLS through the American Heart Association - Preferred: BSN degree from an accredited institution
- Full-time role with night shifts
- Occasional floating to other units based on patient care needs
