We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Hospice to provide compassionate care to terminally ill patients and their families.
Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, promoting cultural sensitivity, and collaborating with an interprofessional team to ensure quality, evidence-based care. The RN will evaluate patient conditions, communicate changes to families and team members, and update care documentation regularly. This role requires a valid RN license and a Driver's License
.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 2-5 years of experience in home health or hospice settings.
Additional duties involve supporting emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, advocating for patient-centered care, and practicing safety-sensitive procedures.
