Role Overview

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring departmental productivity, and contributing to staffing, budget, and operational goals.

• Manage hiring, training, assignments, performance evaluations, and professional development of staff.
• Develop and adhere to departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets.
• Provide patient care aligned with planned interventions, documenting according to policy.
• Create collaborative care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll updates, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure departmental productivity and operational efficiency, conducting performance reviews and making improvement recommendations.

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing; RN licensure required.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience is optional.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; 5-10 years of experience with less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
