Role
Responsible for leading and providing direct patient care in the Telemetry unit as a Charge Nurse (RN).
Key Duties- Facilitates care coordination, develops and implements individualized care plans, and promotes evidence-based practices. Assesses patient data, anticipates changes, and collaborates with the interprofessional team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Leads quality improvement efforts, evaluates patient and family satisfaction, and fosters safe care standards.
- Nursing diploma or associate's degree with at least 2 years of nursing experience; RN license required.
- Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree and have 5-10 years of experience.
- Leadership experience is not mandatory but valuable.
- Strong clinical knowledge, leadership ability, critical thinking, effective communication, and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment is essential.
