Registered Nurse - Pediatric Critical Care

Role Overview: Provides leadership, coordination, and supervision of nursing staff in a clinical setting to ensure high-quality patient care and achievement of clinical objectives.

• Assigns, directs, educates, monitors staff, and contributes to performance evaluations.
• Assesses patient care needs, develops care assignments, and ensures appropriate patient care delivery.
• Collaborates with advanced practice providers to optimize outcomes.
• Evaluates care effectiveness, identifies issues, and responds to care-related complaints.
• Participates in hiring, training, and staff development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing.
• Minimum one year of registered nurse experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical assessment skills.

• Constant use of speech, standing, walking, and frequent lifting/carrying objects up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to perform patient lifting/moving, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Valid professional licenses and certifications as per state requirements (e.g., BLS, PALS, NRP, ALS, ENPC, TNCC).
• Physical ability to perform essential duties safely.
