Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN LPNs and RNs for Private Duty Nursing opportunities in Brentwood, MO. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one private duty nursing care to patients in home or facility settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members regarding patient progress
- Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy as applicable
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity throughout all care interactions
Requirements:
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri in good standing
- Previous private duty, home health, or clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a PRN capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Brentwood, MO and surrounding areas
