- Night shifts may be 8, 10, or 12 hours in length.
- Required 12‑hour night (7 pm to 7 am) once a week for Leader Resource & Patient‑Facing Shift.

Role PurposeCoordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, and statistical accumulation.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, assign work, manage and evaluate performance, and conduct professional development plans for staff.
- Ensure that team productivity aligns with departmental operational goals.
- Participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets and adhere to those goals.
- Respond to business changes affecting budget objectives.
- Provide and oversee patient care according to planned interventions, age, and developmental needs, and document per policy.
- Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessment, diagnosis, and medical treatment.
- Review staff hours versus scheduled hours and determine appropriate disposition.
- Perform and approve daily payroll updates; reconcile time cards, bonus tracking, and coding approvals.
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute all staff communications; develop huddle agendas and lead meetings.
- Determine staffing needs, assign nursing shifts, and assign overtime.
- Recommend annual salary increases.
- Interview candidates for open positions, evaluate performance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Draft and issue corrective actions or coaching; follow up on disciplinary actions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend areas for improvement.
- Education:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. - Experience:
2–5 years supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. - Experience:
5–10 years supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
