Vascular Surgery PCU – Clinical RN; Day Shift Vascular Surgery RN – Day Shift

Provides direct patient care for vascular surgery and cardiovascular patients, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise. Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care through education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, as well as ongoing professional development.

• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate patient status and ensuring effective communication across care continuum.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Active RN license;
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Experience in critical care or cardiovascular nursing is preferred, with a minimum of two years for advanced roles.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
