Summary:

Provides direct patient care in a high-risk cardiology unit, managing complex cardiac conditions such as CAD, HTN, arrhythmias, heart failure, and device malfunctions. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient safety, education, and family-centered care.

• Key Responsibilities: Assessing patients, delivering evidence-based interventions, educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care, and participating in quality and safety initiatives. Communicates effectively across care teams and documents care plans aligned with standards.
• Qualifications & Skills: RN license, nursing diploma or higher, with preferred Bachelor's Degree and less than 2 years of experience. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient advocacy skills required. Ability to work safely and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
