Clinical Nurse – Pediatric Operating Room

Provides direct patient care in a pediatric setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Engages in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Maintains a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe practices.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure:
  Active RN license.
• Experience:
  
  Prior neuro or pediatric nursing experience preferred; new graduates considered.
• Additional skills:
