ICU Registered Nurse – Part Time Nights

This position involves providing direct patient care in an ICU setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The role emphasizes promoting patient and family-centered care, educating patients on illness management, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and developing personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients. Critical nursing skills are essential to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

• Ensure safe, high-quality care and facilitate communication across care teams.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication, and managing health conditions.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.
• Respond to emergencies and serve as part of the hospital’s clinical emergency response team.

• Required:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree, RN licensure, ICU experience preferred, and ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
