Role Overview
The position involves creating and delivering staff education and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Collaborate with staff and external organizations to develop training
- Promote safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Work with leadership to identify educational needs and develop appropriate plans
- Engage in ongoing professional development and lifelong learning
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare
- 2-5 years of experience
- RN license required
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification
- Physical ability to perform job duties is essential
