Pediatric RN House Supervisor – Part Time

The House Supervisor provides administrative oversight across hospital departments, managing patient placement, staffing, and complaint resolution. Acting as a liaison between administration and staff, they ensure safe, high-quality patient care and respond to urgent situations
. They supervise personnel, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development to support departmental goals. The role involves clinical oversight

• RN license
• Associate’s degree in nursing (minimum), with Bachelor’s preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience of less than 2 years, with a preference for 5-10 years of nursing experience.
