Acute Care Registered Nurse – Night Shift

This position involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing acute medical conditions in a fast-paced hospital environment. The nurse will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment, assess patient needs, and develop individualized care plans.

• Promote patient and family education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document care plans with clear goals, coordinating communication across care teams.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain safety standards, demonstrating alertness and safe work practices.

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-acuity setting.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and patient safety.

• Full-time role with a sign-on bonus eligible.
• 12-hour night shifts, 7pm – 7am.
