Regional Float ED RN; Nights CSO → Registered Nurse; RN Emergency Department; Nights

Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals within a system.

Responsibilities include:

• Floating across 12 hospitals in MO & IL, practicing exclusively in ED settings
• Assessing, diagnosing, and developing care plans based on nursing standards and evidence-based practices
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, holistic, and culturally sensitive care
• Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment
• Participating in professional development, quality improvement, and compliance activities

• 2+ years of Emergency Department RN experience (trauma and float experience preferred)
• Current RN license in Missouri with ability to obtain Illinois license
• Willingness to travel between facilities
• Strong adaptability, confidence, and excellent communication skills
• Education:
  
  ADN, BSN, or MSN; TNCC certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Night shifts: three 12-hour shifts with flexible start times
