BJC Health Care is seeking a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) to support 11 hospitals across Missouri and Illinois. You will float to EDs for 12-hour night shifts, providing patient-centered care with a focus on adaptability and collaboration. Expect travel between facilities and rotating weekends/holidays.
Onboarding is structured with system support, and you will have access to the BJC RN Career Ladder and development programs to grow professionally.
