Acute Medicine Registered Nurse Night Shift

This position involves providing direct patient care in a 26-bed acute care unit specializing in medical-surgical cases, including occasional trach patient care. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within established standards, promoting patient and family-centered care, safety, and quality compliance. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families on illness management, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

The role requires critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.

• Licensure:
