Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care in an inpatient specialty unit focused on neurologic and orthopedic spine patients, ensuring high-quality, standardized care across disciplines. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs while promoting patient and family-centered care. Responsibilities include patient education on illness management, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The nurse uses critical skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. This position requires alertness to ensure safety and adherence to standards.

• Current RN licensure.
• No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
