Regional Float ED RN; Nights CSO Regional Float ED RN; Nights

Join a Central Staffing Office as a Regional Float ED Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care across multiple hospitals in Missouri and Illinois. This role involves floating to 12 hospitals, primarily practicing in the Emergency Department, with night shifts of three 12-hour shifts and flexible start times. Responsibilities include assessing and developing individualized care plans, advocating for patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include:

• 2+ years of ED RN experience (trauma and float experience preferred)
• Current Missouri RN license, ability to obtain Illinois RN license
• Strong adaptability and clinical judgment
• Education:
  
  ADN, BSN, or MSN accepted
• Certification: BLS, TNCC preferred
