Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
- 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred
- RN license required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience with supervisory roles are preferred

- Develop and adhere to staffing, revenue, and expense budgets
- Ensure delivery of patient care according to established plans and policies
- Coordinate staff scheduling, payroll, and communication
