Clinical Triage Nurse – OBGYN

This position is for a full-time Clinical Triage Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care in an outpatient setting. The nurse collaborates with primary care providers and specialists to develop and implement individualized care plans, assesses patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards.

Key duties include supporting providers with patient management, documenting assessments and treatments accurately, providing patient education, and demonstrating critical thinking skills. The role requires working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years required; 5-10 years preferred
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and RN licensure
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and more extensive experience
