Clinical Nurse – Neuro Interventional Radiology

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a specialized clinical setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with an interprofessional team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety and quality compliance. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

• Educate patients and families on care management and medication administration.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, along with professional development.
• Assess patient needs and barriers to involvement, documenting and communicating care plans effectively.
• Maintain a safety-sensitive approach, working alertly to ensure safety at all times.

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing;
  Bachelor’s preferred.
• Licensure:
  Valid RN license.
• Experience:
  
  Entry-level or less than 2 years preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols.
