Part-Time Neurology Nurse Manager

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics. The role requires overseeing staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development, ensuring departmental productivity aligns with operational goals. Responsibilities include developing staffing plans, managing budgets, delivering patient care based on assessment and treatment plans, and ensuring proper documentation. The role also involves reviewing staff hours, payroll management, staff communication, and making staffing and scheduling decisions.

The ideal candidate will have nursing education, RN licensure, and experience in supervision, with preferred qualifications including a bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience. Supervisory experience is valued, as well as strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Manage staff performance, hiring, training, and professional development.

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
