Join Our Care Team
What You'll DoResident Care- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
- Help residents with mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment
- Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times
- Change bed linens and maintain clean, wrinkle-free bedding
- Make occupied and unoccupied beds
- Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
- Explain care procedures to residents before assisting
- Participate in shift report and communicate with nursing staff
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (active and in good standing)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- Ability to read and write in English
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
