Role Overview:
Acts as a clinical expert promoting evidence-based practice in Heart & Vascular Services. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, consultation, and education to patients, families, staff, and physicians to enhance healthcare quality. Supports clinical development, conducts scientific research, and advocates for best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:- Master’s Degree in Nursing (Accredited CNS Program)
- RN and Clinical Nurse Specialist licensure
- Minimum of 2 years nursing, charge, or leadership experience; preferred: 2-5 years and Doctorate in Nursing
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to support and develop clinical practice and research
- Provide expert clinical care and consultation
- Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Enhance healthcare quality through education and research
- Support clinical practice development
- Typical schedule:
Monday-Friday, daytime hours - No weekends, holidays, or on-call duties
