Emergency Department Nurse - Night Shift

Join a dynamic healthcare team as an ER Nurse, providing critical patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary staff. You will educate patients and families, promote safety, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate support during urgent situations.

• Providing patient-centered care and education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
• Developing and communicating personalized care plans across the continuum of care.

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• Experience in ER, EMS, or EMT preferred; no prior experience required for entry.
• Ability to work safely and remain alert in a fast-paced environment.
