Cardiology Nurse Practitioner SSM Health in Saint Louis, MO

SSM Health-SLUCare Cardiology, Cardiology | SLUCare is seeking a dedicated full-time (1.0 FTE) experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

The selected NP/PA will contribute to the expansion of our Cardiac Electrophysiology clinic at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital.

• Prior experience in cardiology or cardiac electrophysiology is strongly preferred, including ECG interpretation skills and device management knowledge.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with physicians.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.
• Current certification as an RN/APRN or PA-C.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, Missouri RN/APRN licensure or PA licensure.

• Outpatient clinic environment, Monday through Friday, with inpatient rounding responsibilities.
• Independently manage outpatient visitsincluding new consultations and follow-upsas well as provide chronic disease management in heart failure, coronary artery disease, and arrhythmia according to scope of practice.
• Participate in an inpatient rounding rotation every other week with outpatient.
• There are no nights, weekends, holidays, or call obligations.
