Pre-Procedural Clinical Nurse

Role Summary

This outpatient RN provides direct patient care in collaboration with healthcare providers, developing and implementing personalized care plans to ensure high-quality, cost-effective treatment. The role involves supporting clinical staff, assisting with patient assessments, and ensuring compliance with protocols and documentation standards. The RN offers patient education, addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and promotes wellness through coordinated care with PCPs and specialists.

• Collaborate with providers to develop and update care plans aimed at optimizing health outcomes.
• Assess and evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs using critical nursing skills.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and accurate documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Provide patient education through verbal and written instructions, assessing their understanding and ability to receive information.
• Support providers in daily patient management, demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required;
  Bachelor's preferred.
• RN licensure with BLS certification.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is optional.
• Preferred: 5-10 years of experience and GI/endoscopy or scheduling experience.
