Clinical Nurse Educator

Mercy is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse Educator to advance nursing practice and patient outcomes through high-impact education. In this role, you will design and deliver orientation, competency training, and ongoing professional development for nursing staff across diverse clinical settings. You will serve as a clinical expert at the bedside, champion evidence-based practice, and support quality and safety initiatives. Collaborating closely with nurse leaders, you will identify learning needs, lead skills labs and simulations, and guide nurses through new protocols, technologies, and standards of care.
