Cardiac​/Telemetry Nurse Manager

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data.

• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes to meet operational goals.
• Ensure patient care aligns with planned interventions, documenting according to policy.
• Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatment.
• Oversee staff productivity, perform payroll updates, manage staffing needs, and handle performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Support department operational goals and ensure compliance with policies.

– Minimum:
Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree, RN license, 2-5 years experience, no supervisory experience required.

– Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, 5-10 years experience, less than 2 years supervisory experience.
