- Support staffing and scheduling, approve payroll, and handle staff communication and discipline as needed.
- Ensure departmental productivity aligns with organizational goals and conduct performance evaluations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and active RN license.
- 2-5 years of RN experience, with preferred 5-10 years and some supervisory experience for advanced roles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and compliance.
